Our T&Cs
- All prices are subject to change and prices are for weddings in 2021/2022/2023
- All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20%
- Due to factors beyond our control, it may be necessary from time to time, for us to change published food and drink prices to reflect changing market costs. Tower Hill Barns reserve the right to do this.
- A non-refundable deposit of £2000 is required to secure the date in 2021/2022/2023.
- In genuine extenuating circumstances, we may agree to return 50% of the deposit in the event of a cancellation occurring more than 12 months before the date of the wedding. No refund will be made under any circumstances if a cancellation takes place less than 12 months before the date of the wedding.
- The remaining balance for the venue hire is required 12 months prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation after this date, this amount is non-refundable
- We strongly recommend that you take out wedding insurance at the time of booking. We recommend contacting ‘Wedding Insurance Group’.
- The balance for food, drink and accommodation must be settled in full two weeks prior to the event
- All table wine and reception drinks must be purchased and paid for prior to the event
- Maximum corkage rules apply. Only reception drinks, dinner wine and toast drinks may be brought in. Reception drinks – fizz or bottled beers only. Maximum one drink per guest. Dinner wine – maximum of ½ bottle per guest. Toast drink – maximum one glass per guest. Corkage charges: £12.50 per bottle of wine, £17.50 per bottle of fizz and £20.00 per bottle of champagne.
- Final guest numbers to be submitted no later than two weeks before the event and any reduction in numbers will not be refunded and extra guests will be charged for separately.
- Minimum numbers for the day are 80 adult guests for Friday and Saturday weddings, 60 adult guests for Thursday and Sunday weddings, and 30 adult guests for Monday to Wednesday weddings. Guests will be charged for the respective applicable minimum numbers if their numbers are less.

- It is the couple’s responsibility to book and pay for the registrar. We recommend booking the registrar at the same time as the venue. Ceremonies can be booked from 12.30 pm
- Exclusive use is from 12noon on the day of the event (unless by prior arrangement)
- All decorations must be approved by Tower Hill Barns. Items that will damage the interior are prohibited (e.g. drawing pins, tacks etc)
- No confetti or similar is to be used at any time. No fireworks permitted.
- Unfortunately, Tower Hill Barns can take no responsibility for any damage or loss of possessions or items left on the premises, please ensure you have everything with you on departure
- All possessions and decorations to be removed by 11 am on the day after the event
- Tower Hill Barns is a fully licensed venue. It is a legal requirement that all drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased at the bar.
- The bar is open until 12.00 am and we will call last orders at 11.45 pm. Music must finish at 12am also. A late bar may be available at weekends at an additional cost. Please ask for more details.
- Guests to order taxis/transport for the music finish time (we are semi-rural so please ensure your guests are aware)
- The Farm House and Glamping Lodges are available from 3 pm on the day of your wedding until 11 am the following day and is strictly for the use of house/lodge allocated guests only
- Guest names and room allocation will be requested 2 weeks prior to your stay
- The Farm House sleeps a maximum of 10 adults. Any extra children must be arranged beforehand and the additional cost paid. Please ask for more information. Each Glamping Lodge sleeps a maximum of 2 people adults
- The Honeymoon Suite is available to the couple only
- Guest accommodation in the Farm House and lodges are charged on the final invoice payable two weeks before the event. Any vacant accommodation will be charged at 50% of the room price
- Extra nights may be available. Please express your interest at the time of booking if this is something you are considering, but it is your responsibility to check with us again 6 months before your wedding when additional nights availability can be confirmed
- Farm House breakfast will be served in the house at the agreed time. Glamping Lodges will receive a breakfast pack at the agreed time
- The bridal preparation rooms are only available if you are getting married on-site at Tower Hill Barns and are hiring the full accommodation for your wedding night
- The bridal preparations rooms are available from 8 am on your wedding day by prior agreement and must be vacated prior to the ceremony. All personal items will be moved into the Farm House
- Tower Hill Barns will apply a Damage Deposit to the final invoice, 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. This deposit is fully refundable on confirmation that no damage or theft to the venue, grounds or accommodation has occurred. Any deductions to the deposit will be discussed with the couple directly and the remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days of the wedding. Any damages will be the responsibility of the couple
- We are a dog-friendly venue. Dogs are allowed to attend the ceremony and drinks reception but we would ask that you make arrangements for them to be collected prior to your wedding breakfast. No pets allowed in any of the accommodation at any time (with the exception of assistance dogs).
