Every wedding we host is unique and tailored specifically to each couple and therefore priced individually. The total cost of a wedding at Tower Hill Barns largely depends on what time of year you get married, how many guests you have, and your choice of food and drink throughout the day. We will work with you to create your perfect, tailor-made day.

Exclusive Use Venue Hire
Tower Hill Barns is an exclusive use venue which means that you and your guests have our venue and grounds completely to yourselves for your entire wedding day or weekend. Prices are shown below for both weekday and weekend day weddings and vary throughout the year according to season.

Additional information
Bank Holidays, Bank Holiday weekends, and 23rd December – 31st December are charged at high season Saturday prices. Food, drink and accommodation are not included in the exclusive hire price. Greater flexibility on minimum numbers, ‘evening-only receptions’ and twilight weddings are available in low-season months and ‘late-availability’ dates. Please contact us for more details. Ceremony Area Hire
Tower Hill Barns is licenced to hold civil ceremonies and we have two areas for you to choose from. Our indoor ceremony area is intimate and cosy and yet seats up to 120 guests. Our outdoor ceremony area is beneath the old railway bridge and has a beautiful oak gazebo that comfortably seats 120 guests. Please note that our outdoor ceremony area is only available from April to September (for civil ceremonies) and is weather-dependent. Both ceremony areas incur a small hire fee of £250. You will need to contact Wrexham’s register office to book your civil ceremony which will incur a fee payable to your local authority. Celebrants and other officiants e.g. humanists may incur their own fees.
Food & Drink
We are hugely passionate about food and drink and have a variety of options available for you to choose from. We’re also happy to work with you to create a bespoke drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening food menu. Our chefs and in-house catering team are true foodies and take pride in creating event-ready food to please any crowd.

Guest numbers and capacity
We require a minimum of 80 adult guests per wedding on Fridays and Saturdays and a minimum of 60 adult guests per wedding on Thursdays and Sundays. We also offer some amazing intimate weddings in the winter and early spring months. Across our spaces, we can comfortably accommodate sizeable guest numbers and offer multiple room layout configurations.
We can accommodate approximately 120 guests in both ceremony areas, 120-130 guests in the dining hall, and 200+ guests for your evening party.
Accommodation
We can accommodate up to 18 guests on site which includes the married couple. Our Farm House has five bedrooms (and three ensuites) and can lodge up to 10 guests including the married couple. Additionally, we have four luxury glamping lodges that can accommodate up to eight guests. Individual rooms are priced between £140 and £250 per night which includes breakfast.
